Having a mobile bar service at your event is known in the industry as a luxury add-on. Sure, you could have guests get their own drinks from a bucket of ice and there's nothing wrong with that, but mobile bars are there to take your event and your guests' drink experience to the next level.
Everyone absolutely loves Charlie and they often come up to the bar to ask questions about him, or to snap a photo... or ten! As part of all our packages, we will work with you to style Charlie in a way that compliments your day and the theme you have chosen. Even though Charlie is a classy, functional, working bar, he provides so many great memorable opportunities for your special day.
We will work with you to design the perfect drinks menu. Tell us what flavours you like/dislike - we have a great menu full of cocktail recipes or give us one of yours! Either way, we will work with you to make it awesome!
Alcohol is one of the biggest reasons budgets are often blown out when it comes to planning events. Because you supply the alcohol, you are able to control the amount of money you spend on it. Buying in bulk and when items are on sale will help to significantly reduce the cost of your alcohol and your overall budget. We will help you with a shopping list and quantities when we have our planning meeting.
Lastly, attention to detail is an important aspect of our business. Cocktails and mocktails are served in stylish glassware and served complete with ice and garnishes. We love seeing guests smile as we hand over their pretty drinks. We also have beautiful wine and champagne glasses, and we are happy to serve a selection of different wine, champagne and beer.
Generally, mobile bars such as ours are primarily a DRINK SERVICE only, which means we do not supply the alcohol and mixers for your chosen cocktail. By providing the alcohol, this means you do not pay any additional mark up costs, and you are able to purchase the required alcohol at discounted prices when you find them on sale. An added benefit is also that there are no hidden costs, and you know up front what the costs for your wedding bar will be before your event. No scary bar tab at the end of the night!
If your chosen cocktails require soft drinks or juices as mixers, these must be supplied by the hosts along with the required alcohol.
If you would like to include a beautiful garnish for your cocktails, these will be supplied by the host along with required alcohol and mixers. We will work with you to come up with different options to suit your style and budget.
Cold room. We highly recommend that our hosts hire a cool room so that we can store all your surplus drinks. This way you can be sure that your drinks will be cold all night long. We will access this cool room throughout your event to keep our onboard fridges stocked.
Rubbish removal that is not recyclable is the responsibility of the hosts. We can take the rubbish away for you for a small additional fee.
Additional note: All our staff hold RSA's and like any bar we are NOT PERMITTED to serve alcohol to anyone under the age of 18. Please ensure guests know that they may be asked for identification to your event.

The Giddy Up package is designed for those brides and grooms out to have a little more fun on their big day. Cheeky cocktails are the order of the day, and are served complete with ice and garnishes. Cocktails are served as an extra option along with your beer, wine, champagne and soft drinks.

The Rise & Shine package is perfect for those events that run over multiple days. When you purchase one of our drink packages, you have the option to add-on a Rise & Shine package. As guests arise, Country Cantinas will be there ready to cure caffeine withdrawals and hangovers with delicious non-alcoholic beverages, juices, infused waters or tea and coffee.
